I started Blisspoint Wellness to build the kind of practice I wished existed — one where massage therapy and nervous-system work sit side by side, and where a session is shaped by what your body needs that day, not a fixed script.
Trained in therapeutic and relaxation massage, with continuing education in buccal intraoral technique for jaw, TMJ, and facial tension work.
Developing trauma-informed breathwork programming, grounded in the belief that the nervous system — not just the muscle — is where lasting change happens.
Alongside private practice, I work in event promotion with Madlife Stage & Studio and run Georgia Social Shenanigans, a local group built around connection and shared experience. Wellness, to me, is as much about community as it is about the body.
